Almost two weeks in Sei Pinyuh, Kalbar

Today,
I have spent 17 days in Sei Pinyuh, a sub district of West Kalimantan.
I came here only by grace, ( God's grace and Grace my boss:p)
because ADP Pontianak plan to do TDI Measurement (Transformational Development Indicator), the spirit of World Vision service in the world.
The first phase set to be Qualitative, because Pak Wur have other agenda to Assess new ADP in Tobelo and Ternate.
So, I and Pak Gustaf were assigned to go to do the first phase.
Pontianak is a nice city to visit. Especially when Imlek, all city is red and 'empty.'
Whaw, durian is every where.
I would like to bring durian as oleh-oleh for jakarta staffs and friends.

Btw, The TDI training was not easy, in deed. Especially when Wynn and Wahana claim that TDI by TST never succeed.
The training curricullum was set with Erna in Pinyuh.
Survey schedule changes several times because we lack of team.
But for the whole, I satisfied with this process in Pontianak,
because we have enough time (2 days) for Simulation and Reporting.

In this TDI, we can settle the report until Summary. All Summary. The one that we can not do in other ADP. The one that have been made me crazy because of little information to finish the report.

Well, I'm glad that this is the first TDI that I involve full (Pak Gustaf assist me very well). And I hope that on 6th Feb I can present the report to ADP Core Team and other staff.

Abang B'Day

Abang is 31 years old now.
I pray that Abang consistent in showing mercy and helpful, more satisfied in his profession, have a special service in a church and ....
